Frictions
Frictions is a roving performance that invites the audience on a journey through the multilayered plots of a story told in the language of percussive dance and jigs. It is a deconstructed contemporary jig, but above all it is deeply moving thanks to the relationships it evokes: not only between the dancers, but between the dancers and the audience.
At times funny, at times cynical. Always epic.
Les ARCHIPELS | The ARCHIPELS
Formed in 2019, ARCHIPELS is the result of a meeting between two dancers and choreographers with a traditional dance background who wanted to create a more contemporary language. With their work gradually aligning, they naturally became inseparable creative partners. Several more people have joined them, both regularly and occasionally, to round out the ARCHIPELS ecosystem.
